
Shipping
Normal processing times for all orders is 2-3 business days. (business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). After your order has been processed it will be shipped using the shipping speed chosen at checkout.
Processing times may increase up to 5 business days during sale and holiday seasons. Please refer to your order confirmation email for the most up to date processing time frames.

Shipping time and processing times are different. Our normal processing time is 2-3 business days. Your shipping time is determined by the shipping option you chose at checkout.
Example:You placed your order on Monday, it will ship on or before Thursday using the shipping method you choose at checkout.
We ship within the United States, Canada and Mexico via USPS and UPS. Unfortunately we are unable to send packages to any other countries or destinations.
Your shipping confirmation will let you know what was shipped and give you a tracking number to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email for your tracking number to update into the USPS or UPS system.
Orders
You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order ships. This email will contain you order information and tracking number.
To cancel your order please request a return by clicking the SUBMIT RETURN/EXCHANGE link at the bottom of our homepage within 24 hours of placing your order. We can only cancel unprocessed orders. If your order has already been processed it cannot be cancelled and must be returned at your own expense. To change your order please request an exchange by click the SUBMIT RETURN/EXCHANGE link at the bottom of our homepage within 24 hours of placing your order. We can only edit unprocessed orders. If your order has already been processed it cannot be changed.
We ask that you wait up to 24 hours after your package has been marked as delivered to receive your package. Please check with any neighbor or apartment complex office to see if they may have your package. Also check the outside entrance area of your home sometimes mail carriers may place items behind other items or decorations on your porch. Returns/Exchanges
To submit a return or exchange please click the SUBMIT RETURN/EXCHANGE link at the bottom of our homepage.Please note: For hygiene and safety purposes we only accept returns and/or exchanges on unopened, unaltered, unused items.
We ask that you give us 48 hours to respond to your return/exchange request. You will receive an email confirming that we have received your request and further instructions. If you have any pending orders they will be placed on hold or cancelled until your current return/exchange is finished.
We process all refunds within 48 hours after receiving your return. All refund will go back to the original payment method.
